Born and raised in Los Angeles, Darrin found her love for performing at the age of 2 watching and singing along to Annie, wishing her life were a bit more "hard knock."

After signing with an agency at the age of 6, voiceovers, local theatre productions and print work quickly followed.  Darrin was a featured model for the clothing company ID# appearing on billboards throughout Los Angeles.

By the age of 9, Darrin was boarding a plane by herself to New York for summers at French Woods Festival of the Performing Arts, where her passion for theatre truly developed.

Darrin attended Harvard-Westlake School, where a strong arts department further refined her skills and after school she trained with renowned vocal coach Seth Riggs.

Darrin obtained a BFA with Honors from Syracuse University, with a year spent abroad in London studying at the British American Dramatic Academy.  There she was fortunate to participate in master classes with Jane Lapotaire, Alan Rickman, Fiona Shaw, Julian Glover and John Barton.

Upon graduation, Darrin returned home to Los Angeles, where she has steadily worked since.

She sought additional theatrical training with Larry Moss, Caryn West and Jessica Kubzansky.

She continues her vocal work with Rachael Lawrence and voiceover workshops with Voicecasters, Elaine Craig and Jeff Howell.

She is a member of the award-winning West Coast Ensemble and Troubadour Theatre Company.

Darrin is represented by A3 Artists Agency (formerly Abrams Artists Agency) in all aspects of Voiceover recording.
